TEST THE VINCENT
We know that nothing can replace the experience of picking up an instrument for the first time, experiencing the ergonomics, the playability, the workmanship and, above all, the Vincent True Tone.
For those of you who don’t live near one of our sales partners, we are offering the “Test the Vincent” service.
We can offer this service to all EU countries.
You can order any of the listed Instruments for a two weeks trial period. If your preferred type should not be available at the moment, we will inform you about the next available time slot.
The trial fee off DE 79€ / EU 99€ covers handling, shipping, pick up, return and insurance for the trial period.
If you should fall in love with your test instrument, which happens frequently, you can simply buy it and we will refund you the trial fee. We will also refund the trial fee if you go for a custom build or in-stock instrument. Just send us an email and we will get things rolling.
How it works in detail:
- Choose which Vincent instrument you’d like to test. If a test instrument is currently unavailable, we’ll inform you about the next available test period. Just send us an email.
- Shipping takes place via our shipping partner in a sturdy Vincent gig bag and transport box.*
- You can test the Vincent for a maximum of two weeks.
- At the end of the test period, we’ll have the instrument picked up from you. The shipping company will bring the package label. All you need to do is provide us with a date and address where someone will be available during business hours to hand over the package.
- For shipping and making the test instrument available, we charge you a fee of €79,- for handling, shipping and insurance in Germany and €99,- for all other European countries.
- If you decide on a Vincent after the test, we will subtract the fee from your new instrument’s invoice.
